Full Construction Management
From permit acquisition and excavation through to concrete shell, waterproofing, tiling, and equipment fit-out — every stage is executed by our certified in-house crews. You receive a single point of contact and weekly progress reports throughout the build.
Water Features & Hydraulics
Waterfalls, deck jets, bubblers, grottos, and raised spillway walls — our hydraulics team designs each water feature as an integral part of the pool's circulation system, so every element is as functional as it is beautiful.
LED Lighting & Atmosphere
Fully programmable RGB underwater lighting, fibre-optic deck strips, and landscape uplighting bring your pool to life after dark. Our electrical team handles all cabling, control panels, and app-based management systems in-house.
Maintenance & Care Packages
Annual maintenance plans cover weekly water chemistry testing, equipment servicing, tile cleaning, filter media replacement, and emergency call-out coverage. Available for all Des Marques et Vous builds and existing third-party pools.
Renovation & Upgrade
Breathing new life into an ageing pool — full or partial resurfacing, equipment upgrades, LED retro-fit, structural repair, tile replacement, and automation integration. We assess existing pools from any builder and advise on cost-effective upgrade paths.

Every Des Marques et Vous construction quote includes structural design documentation, permit liaison, a full materials schedule, equipment installation, initial water chemistry set-up, a five-year structural guarantee, and a complete owner's manual for your filtration and heating systems.
We do not outsource our tile work, our plumbing, or our electrical systems. All crews are employed directly by Des Marques et Vous, all materials are sourced through our verified supply chain, and all workmanship is signed off by a licensed construction supervisor before handover.
